Friendly staff, convenient location, good transport links to Birmingham and Solihull. Large and comfortable rooms, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Easy access to local buses for shopping or taxi service.

Every detail was wonderful, including location and food, I liked how clean the hotel was. There was a beer bar.

Fab staff and location, nice stay on this visit.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I can confidently say that it is one of the best value hotels I have ever experienced. The location is great, with a convenient free parking facility, and there is a nearby pub, Sizzler, which offers a wide range of delicious food at reasonable prices. I was also impressed with the additional provisions available from the reception, such as extra tea, coffee, and milk, which meant that I didn't have to limit myself to just two hot drinks in my room. Moreover, the rooms were functional and practical, with sockets conveniently placed next to the bed and a perfectly functional shower. In the morning, I discovered a hidden gem just a short walk away from the hotel – a delightful spot offering a scrumptious £5.00 breakfast with unlimited coffee.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing not to like.

The hotel rooms were cheap and warm with tea and the heating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just off a lively high street with loads of restaurants and shops. It was so convenient to have options for breakfast in the morning, and there was a nice pub just a short walk away for a relaxing drink in the evening. What's more, directly opposite the hotel was a gorgeous Indian restaurant that served delicious meals.

That the walls were quite thin, so you could hear some noise from the other rooms.

Very good location and people, I loved it. Extremely comfy beds, a work desk, a seating area and ironing facilities were a nice touch.

Had really great stay overall, excellent little place and the weather was pleasant. All in all everything was great, but we had quite small bathroom.

The staff were poor, didn't expect that coming.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and cheerful, especially the young lady at the front desk. the room was a good size and had all the necessary amenities, including shower gel and soap. the location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

the meal we had at the pub on-site was not up to standard, with frozen chips that were hard and a slice of lemon that looked like it had been sitting out all day.

Perfect location, exceptional staff and good food. The window of my triple room was facing city. Lovely bar area.

It was brilliant 4 days, would stay there again. I really enjoyed the ideal location, the cheap room and amiable staff. Had lunch/dinner at Ruchie, which I found relatively near the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was tucked behind the Saracens Head pub and close to Birmingham city center, but still away from the busy city center. We loved that the hotel was right next to a beautiful park, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
